Cosmic Agenda ("we", "our") operates cosmic-agenda.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What data we collect

When you request a free natal chart reading, we collect:

• Name — used to personalise your reading and email
• Email address — used to deliver your reading and follow-up emails
• Birth date, time, and location — used to calculate your natal chart (Sun, Moon, Rising sign and house placements)

We also collect anonymous usage data (page views, CTA clicks) for product improvement. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

How we use your data

• Calculating and delivering your personalized natal chart reading by email
• Sending a short nurture email sequence (typically 3–5 emails over 2 weeks) with astrological insights
• Improving our content and product based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email delivery

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send and manage emails. Your email address and name are stored in Brevo to enable email delivery and automation. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com/en/legal/privacypolicy/.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your email address is active on our list. You can request deletion at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly (see below).

Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribing stops all emails immediately)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe directly at cosmic-agenda.com/unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from all email communications immediately.

Cookies

We use no third-party advertising cookies. Our site may use functional cookies (e.g. local storage for anonymous session tracking) for analytics only. No cookie consent banner is required for strictly functional cookies under current EU guidance.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
